Good location a few blocks off the river.V friendly and helpful staff.Room was quiet which I appreciated even tho overlooking a busy street 3 stories below..
The sweet clerk sold me a bus ticket that wasnt on a v good bus line: packed, loud Khymer music( drumming and flutes etc for 5 hrs to Siem Reap) over the PA system, poor springs etc. I asked her if it was a good bus line and she said it was. Not so. Perhaps litttle more training re Western travel tastes would help here.Otherwise she was great.

Was a great central location and so handy to main cafes. restaurants and pubs. Nice to also be able to wander along to the night market, and not too far from any of the central attractions by tuktuk. Staff were generally great except for minor difficulties getting messages across re laundry and wakeup call. Room was fine, and were able to keep air con on while out which was a real bonus. Nice to have a shower that was enclosed and meant you didn't end up with a bathroom awash with water! Breakfast had a bit of variety, and nice to be able to have a late afternoon cocktail before heading out for the evening.
Just be aware that while you can get your laundry done through the hotel it is priced per item - and was mighty expensive! Cost us more than a nights accommodation! If we had thought we would have taken it out to have it done on a per kg basis. Then, when we got up to our room the laundry was back, on our bed and still wet, so had to be spread all around the room for the evening with the air con pumping in an attempt to get it dry. Also we asked for a wake up phone call on our last morning as we were catching an early bus but no call ever came - thankfully we had set a phone alarm as a back up.

Location: the hotel was near the river and all the restaurants and night life there. I had some drinks at Angry Birds Bar, positioned 300 metres away. The room I stayed in was extremely pleasant with a television, good ac plus a bathroom.

The room we stayed in was simple, clean, and had a nice balcony. They even provided us with drinking water, which was a nice touch. We slept comfortably here. the location was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. They were so accommodating and friendly! 😊

It was very close (min walk) to all the river front cafes and restaurants and only about a 10-15min walk from Grand Palace and it´s on the same street as the Central Market. The hotel is clean and generally all right for a few nights if you don´t need anything special.
The breakfast is not good, well, my fried eggs were completely raw and the coffee (took them about 10mins to make it) was the same as instant coffee (to cut them a slack, they only started to make breakfast that week). I think we paid the cheapest rate so we got no windows in our room which was fine, the room was all right. However, it´s not very good value for money because even the cheapest rate was fairly expensive...

The only good thing in this hotel is the computer in the room and the cable tv but there is so many options in the city,
The rooms are really small and the maintenance is poor. River front is dirty with lots of noise, chose another part of the city to stay in.

The hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms with a good shower and free Wi-Fi. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions. the staff was helpful and accommodating, making the stay more enjoyable.
There were a few negative aspects. the breakfast options were limited and the inclusive breakfast felt forced.

Staff at least tried..Location is decent for nightlife.
I have stayed at a lot of places in the three star range and this could be the worst. The hotel is ready to be condemed so don't be fooled by the fun lobby. It would need many upgrades to become even a hostel. The rooms and hallways are real messed up to say the least. I'm wondering if the owner just doesnt care at all! As much as I hate to write this; pay more and stay somewhere else. I really wish I would've looked into this hotel more before staying here and having an awful time:(

Convenient location! It's just a stone's throw away from a bustling market and an interesting museum. What's even better, there's a fast-food joint, E-Coffee, close by for a quick bite! 🍔
